First of all I would like to thank all the participants for making this event a success. And Rocky for helping us make new memories. Note: Since the water temperature was still low and the black drum were a bit scarce we decided to score both red and black drum for the tournament. We kept the big fish pot to black drum only. As for the tourney Allen really schooled us all. Guess he was still mad at Albert from last year. He landed a total of 11 fish. The next closes competitor was Anthony with 6 fish landed. Congratulations Allen for taking home the $300 pot. The BIG fish Pot went to Xak with a 42-1/2" black drum. He will receive $40 for his efforts. The weather was a bit rough when the tournament started but got better through the day. Around 2am Sunday it took a turn to the worst I have seen in a while. Very heavy winds from the east made it difficult just to stand on the pier safely. We called the tourney early around 9am due to the bad conditions.
